House of Regal Paws ("we", "us") operates regalpaws.art, a custom pet-portrait studio. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Pet photos you upload — used solely to create your commissioned artwork.
• Order details — name, email, portrait style/tier, and any notes you provide.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To create and deliver your portrait, communicate about your order, provide support, and process payment. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the studio — payment processing (Stripe), image hosting/delivery, and email. Each handles your data under its own privacy terms.

Pinterest

We use Pinterest's API to publish our own marketing pins to our own Pinterest boards. This does not access, collect, or share any customer's personal data.

Data retention

We keep uploaded photos and order records only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal/accounting obligations. Email us to request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
